We knew the next iteration demands something special. With the most advanced engineering, the most beautiful design and the finest materials, we created the ultimate QUICKIE. We created the Krypton R (also available with a foldable frame).

The QUICKIE Krypton R is the lightest, fully adjustable rigid wheelchair. We didn’t compromise. There was only one material we could use to achieve this level of performance – aerospace engineered carbon fibre. The result is a phenomenal rigidity and razor-sharp agility packed into a fully adjustable wheelchair concept.

The QUICKIE Krypton R is the lightest fully adjustable rigid wheelchair from 6,2 kg*. It was created from the most advanced carbon technology available, producing a staggering strength-to-weight ratio.

The result is an ultra-lightweight wheelchair combined with supreme rigidity for an ultra-responsive ride. Take your seat and you‘ll feel the difference...!

* Weight configuration: SW 36 cm, SD 40 cm, with slim-style carbon sideguard and superlight upholstery, lightweight compact brake, carbon backrest and without push handles.

Infinitely adjustable centre of gravity, fine-tuning of the front and rear seat heights and backrest angle adjustment ensures the QUICKIE Krypton R is designed for something truly special.

Revolutionary engineering

There are several ways to build carbon tubes. But with the QUICKIE Krypton R we offer the first wheelchair made of the patented, most innovative seamless carbon braid technology.

This fully automated BRAID process makes it possible to build the perfect frame - strong wherever necessary, light wherever possible, manufactured with a precise and reliable automated process.

Exceptionally strong

We spare no effort to prove the reliability of the QUICKIE Krypton R. Every part of this fully adjustable wheelchair was approved only when our test engineers were 100 % satisfied with its quality.

Our wheelchairs were tested even under freezing cold or desert hot conditions (-20°C to 70°C). No aging test has worn the Krypton down - it is designed to stand the test of time!

Carbon finishing options:

Clear coat gloss: Luxury high closs clear coat.
Clear coat matt: A noble understated lifestyle.
Just black: Black coating, matt or glossy.
Natural carbon: Without coating. The very puristic version, weight saving 100 g. Look similar to clear coat matt.
