The rear-wheel drive on the QUICKIE Q500 R is a stable base with good kerb climbing ability. Easy to drive, provides good control with non proportional input devices. All of these combined with the benefits of the highly configurable SEDEO PRO seating and the most advanced controls, creates the perfect wheelchair for any adventure.

Maxium traction thanks to the unique Leveller technology

Both drive wheels are connected by a pivot bar that absorbs the natural pull to one side when travelling across cambers and round corners at speed. Both wheels keep maximum traction at any time.

With a tight turning circle you can easily navigate indoors and outdoors with the QUICKIE Q500 R powered wheelchair. Also, easily sit under tables and access Wheelchair Adaptive Vehicles (WAVs) with a low seat height from just 415 mm.

Enjoy power and speed at your fingertips with the 4-pole high torque motors. Choose from 6 or 8 kph as standard, or upgrade to 10 or 13 kph (low torque) for the ultimate performance. Plus, with a choice of 60 Ah or 80 Ah batteries, you can maximise your range of up to 40 km and experience outdoor performance like never before!

SEDEO PRO - Made-to-order Seating

The SEDEO PRO seating system combines a highly adjustable and configurable seating frame with an excellent choice of support options, including a wide range of SEDEO PRO seat cushions and backrests for mild to medium clinical needs. The SEDEO PRO is very comfortable to use and enhances user independence in everyday life.

Lay flat

Need to lay down for pressure relief, or to relax? Maybe you want to reach those items on the top shelf of your kitchen or office? With a wide range of improved lift and tilt options the SEDEO PRO seating system allows you to find the positions to suit you and your lifestyle, and ensures maximum comfort as you transition.

The NEW anti-shear backrest incorporates 0 – 50 degrees of movement to minimise shear forces on your back, while the NEW power centre mount legrest goes to the floor, or from 0 – 90 degrees. Both assuring you of maximum comfort as you transition.
Adjustment

With in-built infinite adjustment your SEDEO PRO seat can be adjusted to perfectly fit you now and in the future. If your needs change, the simple one tool adjustment means the seat width can be altered between 15 and 24 inches and the seat depth can be adjusted between 16 and 22 inches. Best of all, these adjustments can all be made whilst you’re sitting in the chair to ensure pin point accuracy.

The SEDEO PRO extra deep flexi back provides maximum support and a comfortable seating position ensuring you always feel well supported. More complex positioning requirements? Simply select from our comprehensive range of laterals, hip or knee supports or pommels.
Multi-Adjustable Armrest

This height, width and angle-adjustable armrest can wrap around you, providing greater positioning possibilities whilst keeping your Q700 M HD's width as compact as possible. The (optional) stabiliser bar also helps to prevent downward flexing that may sometimes happen during day-to-day use.

Control at your fingertips

Control your environment with the Q500 R SEDEO PRO and its advanced controller technology. Available with the reliable VR2 control and the superior R-Net advanced joystick, the large, easy-to-read HD display and simple to control paddle switches allow for intuitive operation.

CONNECT

Seamlessly take control of your environment using the integrated Infra Red functionality. Control your TV, docking stations and other home entertainment systems easily via your joystick.

BLUETOOTH & IDRIVE

Control your phone, computer, tablet and any other Bluetooth and i-devices with this useful optional extra. Connect and control up to four devices.

QUICKIE PATENTED ASSIGNABLE BUTTONS

Change the function on any button on your joystick to any command you desire, thanks to QUICKIE's patented assignable buttons. You can also assign a second (long press) function to buttons, for quicker, simpler and smoother access to commonly used functions without having to use your joystick.

C-Me

Drive 4.5 kph and elevated with C-ME

C-ME is all about seeing you, and just you. Elevate up to 300 mm whilst travelling 4.5 kph and move shoulder-to-shoulder with everyone around you. Plus, the suspension on your powerchair remains active even when you're elevated. So you get the same smooth and stable ride regardless of seat level. You can even lift or descend at the touch of a button with no need to stop while transitioning either!
